Cancellations unrelated to weather will be subject to the following fees: More than 7 days notice: you will receive a full refund less a $75 booking fee. Within 7 days : 50% of the total charter. Within 48 Hours: 100% of the total charter
The Captain reserves the right to cancel the charter due to inclement weather or other unforeseen issues that may affect the safety of the charter. In this case there will be a full refund for the scheduled charter and we will do our best to reschedule. If there is any question about the weather please call us at +1 441-505-0855 and we can examine forecasts, radar images and the prevailing conditions to make the best decision.

Are gratuities included in my booking?
Gratuities are not included but are always very appreciated by our hard working staff!
Are drinks available to purchase on board?
We supply a cooler with ice and drinking water for every charter.
We have beer, wine and mixed drinks for sale onboard but you are also welcome to bring your own drinks.
If you are bringing your own drinks, please bring cans only – no glass bottles.
Water: Free
Soft drinks: $3
Beer: $5
Swizzle: $5
Canned Mixed Drinks: $10 (Dark’n’Stormy, Vodka Soda, Hard Seltzer)
Wine: AIX Rose – $40 per bottle, $10 per glass
What are our options for food?
You are welcome to bring any food you like.
We are sorry but we do not arrange catering as we operate with very quick turnaround times between cruises.
We have found that it is often best to get your hotel to cater a picnic or snack spreads and bring it directly to their dock where we will pick you and the food up.
We supply a cooler with ice for every charter.
What do we need to bring?
- Please bring your own towels
- Non-spray sun lotion
- Hat and shades
- Waterproof shoes for cliff jumping and exploring islands
- A playlist – Our boat has Bluetooth speakers so you can download your favorite playlist prior to coming out
What not to bring?
- Red wine
- Chocolate
- Glass bottles
What water gear is included on the cruise?
- We have snorkels for everyone onboard and a large selection of flippers (sizes 2-15 US).
- 2x paddle boards (Castaway Only)
- Pool noodles
- Life jackets
- Inflatable snorkel vests
- Kids beach toys
- Boogie boards
- You are welcome to bring any other water toys you like
